or payment in advance is required, that the buyer pays the purchase price immediately at the time of contract. We only accept international transfer if the additional costs are paid by the client. Pre-orders can be paid for on the date of publication. You will get a message from us.
PayPal Pre-Order. Please use this payment method when you want to pre order an item without paying immediately. You will get an PayPal link from us when your item becomes available.

We ship out the goods via DHL | German Post | Shipment to a packing station is possible only with DHL inside of Germany!
Shipping and handling of pre-order items
If several pre-orders appear simultaneously, they can be combined. That means you only pay 1x shipping fee. We adjust your bill accordingly. Please contact us if we have to wait with the shipment to collect more items of your orders or if you are on vacation. If you ordered several items together but the release dates are different, your order will be sent to you if all items arrived with us. You will receive separate payment requests for each item. If you want an item to be sent in advance, an extra shipping fee (see shipping table) will be charged. Pre-orders can be paid for on the date of publication. You will get a message from us.

Shipping fees
We are offering free shipping within Germany for orders of 150€ or more. The fee for shipping and handling via DHL within Germany is 5.95€ includes VAT. Not valid for bulky goods

For deliveries outside the EU extra fees and customs duties can be charged,
which are at the customer responsibility.

Please note: Due to the size of some items, additional shipping costs will apply. Apart from your location, the actual package size and weight is needed to determine those costs. Both are unknown at the point (pre order) and may not be available until the product arrives in our warehouse. For articles with oversize, please take note of the revocation notice in the article description. If the note is not marked in the article description, it does not fall under bulky goods.
The bulky goods surcharge will be charged if 31.5kg per parcel is exceeded or if the parcel dimensions are larger than L 120cm x W 60cm x H 60cm.
As for Germany DHL rises for returns due to wrong addess data a fee of 5.95 Euros including tax. For a re-sending due to one faulty addess, we charge a flat rate of 10 Euros including tax. For faulty address data overseas we will charge 23,80 Euros including tax if undeliverable. For a re - sending due to one faulty adress, we charge the delivery rate of the country of arrival plus the non delivery fee.
If no payment is received within the payment period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
