Open:
Order has been received but has not yet been processed by us.
Your order is in process:
This status is displayed when your order is in process. The duration of this status may vary.
Your articel has been preordered:
We have successfully added your article. Now it is time to wait for release. This status is also an order confirmation. You will be notified by email.
Preordered/ invoice created:
If you paid your order before release, this status appears. This status is also an order confirmation. You will be notified by email.
Not validated:
We can not guarantee delivery since the supplier or the manufacturer has shortened or canceled the quantity of articles. We are still trying to get your item.
Your invoice has been created:
We have sent you an invoice that has not yet been settled.
Your package has been dispatched:
An item has been dispatched, but no invoice has been created or no payment receipt has yet been found.
Your articel is arriving soon:
Your order will be ready for dispatch within 1 - 2 weeks. During this period a payment request (PayPal link) and an invoice will be sent to you.
Invoice created/ parcel dispatched:
When this step is reached, your order is completed. A delivery number will be sent to you.
Your order has been canceled:
This status means that we have canceled your order because you have either revoked your order or you have exceeded the payment deadline. If you have any problems in making payment in meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us. We try to find a solution with you. In rare cases, we have to cancel your order because the manufacturer or the supplier can not deliver your item to us.
PayPal paid / paid:
If we were able to determine payment via PayPal or our bank account, this status is displayed.
